Intertekhnika company Designes, developes and manufactures attachments for excavators(buckets of various types and capacities,rippers, quick-detachable equipment, rippers shank for excavators Hitachi, Komatsu, Caterpillar, Volvo, JCB, Hyundai, Kato and others.

Our production – is 4200 square meters of production floor space in property and 60 units of production equipment for 80 million rubles.

Production capacities allow to produce more than 500 tons of metalware per month.

- 1. Gas-cutting machine GS 11-5500 (6-cutters) and SXE-P-3500 (2-cutters) by Esab, Sweden: thickness of cutting metal 5-300 mm, size of the cutting plate 4800х12000 mm;

- Hydraulic press break WC67/K-500/4000 with CNC: press effort  500 tons, width of the plate 4500 mm;

- Hydraulic press roll IB222, W11-16X200 and W11-16X2500: thickness of the plate 16 mm, width of the plate 2500 mm.

Welding machines KEMPOWELD 5500W and FASTMIG MSF 55, Finland, 15 pcs.: manual welding with the usage of argon carbon dioxide mixture under Esab technology.

- Welding positioners TX-3000 and ZHB-60, made by Elrettromeccanica, Italy, 6 pcs:carrying capacity 6 tonn, inclination of worktable 0-1200, full revolving.

Horizontal-boring machine 2620, Russia, 2 pcs.: spindle diameter 90 mm, size of rotary table 1100х960 mm;

- Horizontal-boring machines Union BFT90/3-1 (Germany), TPX6111B/2 and TPX6111D (Taiwan) of spindle diameter 90 mm and 110 mm, 4 pcs.;

Drilling, screw-cutting and vertical milling machine made in Russia and abroad, 8 pcs.

- Rubbing machine by Makita, England, 10 pcs.

Sandblast room, model 1900: size 7500х3500х3100 mm.

Spray cabinet, model 8200: size 7000х5500х3400 mm.

All buckets can be completed by adapters, crowns and cutters made by “Pyrsa”, “Esco”, “BYG” companies. By the customer’s request buckets can be completed by original adapters and cutters made by Komatsu and Caterpillar.
